Setting Up Your Trezor Suite

Step-by-Step Setup Process
1. Download and Install Trezor Suite
Visit suite.trezor.io to download the desktop application for your operating system, or use the web version directly in your browser. The desktop app offers enhanced security and offline capabilities.
2. Connect Your Trezor Device
Connect your Trezor device to your computer using the provided USB cable. Trezor Suite will automatically detect your device and guide you through the initial setup process.
3. Initialize Your Device
Choose whether to create a new wallet or recover an existing one. For new devices, you'll generate a recovery seed phrase consisting of 12 or 24 words. Write this down on paper and store it securely - this is your backup if you ever lose your device.
4. Set Up PIN Protection
Create a PIN to protect your device from unauthorized access. The PIN is entered using a unique system that prevents keyloggers from capturing your PIN even on compromised computers.
